Activities.
1.Walking safaris
Walking safari is done under the escort of armed ranger and it is safe, here is the only place where you can get close to Cape Buffalo and other animal while enjoying the spectacular view of Mt Meru and sometimes you might see Mt. Kilimanjaro. Also there are waterfalls in this park and if you want to enjoy the place you have to do walking safari and hear the voice of water from a distance as well as spending sometimes there.
2.Game drive
This is normal one which is very common in every park.

3.Canoeing safaris
Canoeing safaris is done in the small momella lake and its amazing because there is a lot of animals in the water and have never been disturbed by vehicles and also they want to live in a cool place where there is no noise, so the only way of discovering this is doing a canoeing safari.

4.Meru Hiking.

Hiking Meru take 4 days 3 nights but if you are fit enough you can make it in 2 nights and three days. myself I made it in 1 night 2 days. it's one of the great adventure in my life.

Ngorongoro Crater, Oldupai Gorge & Shifting Sand

Acacia forest inside  Ngorongoro Crater.

 Oldupai Gorge...
Olduvai Gorge- the archaeological site also known as "The Cradle of Mankind”,  is about 50 km  long.
This Gorge is one of the most important prehistoric sites in the world and has been instrumental in furthering the understanding of early human evolution.

Shifting Sand.

The actual height from the top of shifting Sand to the ground is seen well here. some of my colleagues walked down and destroy the shape of the sand but in few minutes was returned to the normal shape. Its a place to visit.
These sand tend to move slowly and it is hard to observe it in one day or a week but if you go there every month you will discover the changes, Average sand move 17m per year. but what you can see in few hours if you stay there and there is enough wind is all the footprint of yours or anything that went up few minutes will be erased.
